One Country, Two Revolutions - The New York Times

The concept SOCIAL (Speed Open Collaboration Individuals Alignment Leadership) is not new; just remember the example of GNU/Linux and all the Open Source tools constantly developed on the Web. However, it is much more difficult to imagine the application of this concept outside the information and communication sphere. Yet, looking closely, it is undoubtedly a key for development since global economies struggle to deregulate labor markets becoming mostly too rigid and inappropriate to the "modernity" challenges; strong flexibility, synergy of ideas and an unambiguous win-win attitude in a society that requires a new chance to imagine the future.
